We had a very lovely 5 nigths in June 2022. It was everything we could’ve dreamed of in a Tuscany holiday. The grounds/buildings/facilities were excellent and created a very relaxing environment. Franco and Sylvia were the perfect hosts, giving us recommendations (even where to find parking in the various cities!) and making many reservations for us. The restaurant across the road is a wonderful advantage. The views are Tuscany at its best. We hope to be back soon!

Wij hebben een ronduit heerlijk verblijf gehad met onze dochter van 1,5 jaar. De accommodatie en privé terras was erg fijn en het uitzicht is echt subliem. Omdat het zo fijn was hadden weinig reden om te verlaten, temeer omdat er aan de overkant van de weg een heel charmant en lekker restaurantje is. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf en hopen terug te komen.

Nous n'avons séjourné que 4 nuits mais nous aurions dû y séjourner une semaine car ce gîte est un bon point de départ pour visiter Pise, San Gimignano, Sienne, Florence, etc. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et efficace avec une gentille attention (bouteille de vin de la région). L'appartement était agréable et le jardin et l'espace piscine fleuris et bien entretenus avec une belle vue sur la campagne toscane. Nous ne les avons pas utilisés mais le gîte dispose aussi d'une machine à laver, d'espaces de jeux, de barbecue. Bref, un très bel endroit au calme après une journée de visite....

Il n'y a pas d'aspects négatifs à proprement parlé mais nous avons juste regretté de ne pas être dans un appartement en rez-de-chaussée qui nous aurait permit de prendre le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sur les petites tables dehors. Si nous devions revenir, ce serait une condition importante pour nous.

Excellent location to visit the Chianti area. A variety of units with good kitchens fit different types of travellers (we stayed earlier with kids). Good facilities including washing machines, bbq’s, terraces and pool. The sunset over the hills is magic and the silence at night with only cicadas singing memorable

Actually nothing - we will come back again!

The apartment we stayed in had three double bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and TV. One of the rooms also had a second smaller bed. The proeprty had so many fun things to do. Among other things, there was a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan hills, a ping-pong table, BBQ pits for guests' use, and bicycles for rent. But the best part of our stay here -- as well as our entire stay in Italiy! -- was the private onsite cooking class that the hosts arranged for us with a Tuscan chef who is well-known in the areas around Florence. There is also a nice restaurant onsite, which is convenient if you don't want to travel to eat out. The hosts were gracious and accommodating for all of our needs and questions. Free parking is included in the price.

I really can't think of any negatives about this place. We would definitely come here again.

Very confortable and well maintained place. One of the best accomodations I ever been too. The room is just like in the photo' s and the rest of the facilities are even better than what it looks like. Owners are very attentive and helpful. I would love to return there again in the future.

Internet is not very fast, but its probably not possible for them to have high speed internet installed in such a remote place.

Tout était très bien et le gîte très bien tenu. Bien que le gîte se compose de plusieurs appartements, nous avons vraiment ressenti une grande intimité dans le nôtre. La piscine étai très agréable avec une vue sur le paysage magnifique. La propreté du gîte était exemplaire et les propriétaires très disponibles. Sans qu'il n'y ait rien de superflu, le gîte est équipe de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Infrastructures aussi prévues pour les enfants. Idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Our self-catering apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The various bbqs on the property also provided options although we didn't use them. Instead, we took advantage of the little osteria across the road that had everything - good food, friendly staff and various semi-adopted animals, including a fox named Michael J Fox that appeared every dinner time without fail. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Great pool! The owners took care of cleaning the tables and sunbeds regularly. Shaded parking also available.

I like the the concept of this house: together and still privacy when wanted or needed. The owner is there whenever you need advise. The accommodation is not luxurious but very efficient. All needs (washing, swimming, indoor sports, ...) can be met. All necessary appliances are at hand. All rooms are clean and tidy. The owner and his wife are very friendly and inviting.

The nearest grocery shop is down the hill, a quarter of an hour drive.

We loved our staying! The structure was beautiful with fresh rooms and a stunning terrace with view on the hills pool and leisure room The owner Franco was very nice to pick us up from Panzano since we were travelling without a car He gave us a lot of tips for our activities in the area during our 3 days staying he gave us bikes for free to go around and was always interested in what we did

The check out could have been a little later 10 am was a little early for us

We verbleven in een heerlijk appartement op de begane grond. Het was van alles voorzien en mooi ingericht. Het zwembad, de speelruimte, het buitenmeubilair; het was allemaal top. De hulp van de eigenaren was buitengewoon, zonder opdringerig te worden. De omgeving is prachtig. We mochten de tesla aan een verlengsnoer opladen.

Franco and his wife, the owners, was very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips about where to park or eat during our trips around. The whole experience was very good and we would love to come back.

We had a beautiful stay. Silvia and her family were so lovely and welcoming. They booked tours for us and helped with questions about the area. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Very quiet at night. The common areas were always clean. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Definitely need a car as there is nothing else around. One restaurant across the street but it was the best food we had in Italy

La piscine est propre et bien positionnée. Beaucoup d’équipements, l’appartement est très propre, spacieux, confortable. On se sent chez soi, à l’aise de profiter des lieux. Les hôtes sont toujours à notre disposition sans être trop présents. Rapport qualité-prix parfait, je recommande!

Il manque un peu de vaisselle et d’équipements dans la cuisine mais on s’est bien organisés avec ce qu’il y a.

Franco and his wife were exceptional hosts providing a warm welcome and taking time to provide informative tips to make the best of our stay. The pizza party was a delightful surprise that allowed guests to meet each other and the homemade pizza was delicious. The complex is lovely with good character and is very clean. We enjoyed dinners on the common area stone patio with outstanding views of the Chianti landscape. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. This is one of the few places we stayed in Italy with screened windows - a real treat to keep the mosquitos out while you sleep.
